Responsible Business

We earn trust through uncompromising ethical conduct, socially and environmentally responsible business practices, and good governance.

Ethical conduct
Our Code of Business Conduct provides clear expectations on workplace conduct standards and legal guidelines, and training takes place throughout the year and is required of all employees and officers. This includes Data Safety and Privacy, Anti-Corruption, Health and Safety, Harassment and Discrimination, and Non-Retaliation policy.

Commitment to human rights
Our Human Rights Statement covers areas such as discrimination, working conditions, and freedom of expression. It is informed by international instruments, including the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Labour Organization’s 1998 Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We consult with stakeholders img to understand concerns and escalate them as needed.

Political engagement
We engage in the political process transparently and responsibly through corporate political contributions, contributions from an employee-funded political action committee, lobbying, and contributions to tax-exempt organizations. We annually publish a Political Engagement Report, which lists our contributions and trade association memberships.

Climate risk and oversight
T-Mobile’s network resilience strategy evaluates technology disruptions and climate-related impacts to mitigate risk. We track progress on network resiliency and evaluate our network sites for vulnerabilities to environmental change.

Data privacy
At T-Mobile, data privacy is built around five principles: trust, transparency, control, education, and protection. Our Privacy Center explains how customer data is used, how they can manage it, and more options to manage children’s online activities and screen time. We provide annual data privacy training and year-round awareness programs so employees keep customer data confidential.

Cybersecurity
We established the Cyber Transformation Office to lead our cybersecurity management, including cybersecurity technology, security protocols, monitoring and response operations, and compliance.

Responsible supply chain
We work with suppliers that operate in a responsible and sustainable way. We continue to strengthen the diversity of our suppliers to ensure a more resilient, and inclusive supply chain.
