Our Code of Conduct is the central reference framework for lawful and ethical conduct. It is supplemented by other specific policies, such as the Group Policy on Avoiding Corruption and Other Conflicts of Interest, the antitrust policy, and our digital ethics guidelines on AI. In following the AI guidelines, we have made it our goal to use and refine our AI products and services in a responsible manner. AI must be designed to be human-centric, to protect the sovereignty, freedom from discrimination, and freedom of speech of the persons involved.
