The domestic workforce has been steadily declining since 2003, and measured in terms of the total number of employees, amounted to around 39.4 percent at the end of 2022. There is hardly any change compared with the previous year, as the international workforce also continues to decrease. The sale of T-Mobile Netherlands and a 5.6 percent reduction in the workforce in the United States are to be mentioned here.
