Assessment of Deutsche Telekom's sustainability portfolio

One of the four pillars of Deutsche Telekom's integrated climate strategy is increasing the share of sustainable products in Deutsche Telekom's product portfolio. A product can be classified as part of the company's "sustainable product portfolio" if it most likely or definitely does not involve risks and offers at least one sustainability advantage.  

The assessment of the sustainability portfolio and associated documentation of evidence was completed in Q1 2018. The results showed that 40 percent of our total revenue (2017 fiscal year excluding USA) was generated with sustainable products and services. We are currently integrating this methodology and associated processes into our standard CR processes so that we can assess the share of sustainable products and services on an annual basis.
