A set of rules for all employees creates an organization that works well for everybody. These rules are based on the international principles of Deutsche Telekom. In 2016, we used them as a basis for developing a set of core values for T-Systems Austria that we continued to uphold throughout 2017 and 2018. The purpose of these values is to define common standards that everyone within the organization can identify with during their routine work every day. They have been selected to improve cooperation between all members of staff.

An internal campaign was launched in June 2016 to promote these values. Visualizations of these values were also designed at the same time in cooperation with the Viennese start-up “Younited Culture”. Personal products were produced for members of staff and business partners, including laptop bags, socks and scarves styled with a distinctive design incorporating the T-Systems values. These designs and items are still in use today and they help to promote our internal values.
