Human Rights Management

The OTE Group acknowledges its responsibility for internationally recognized human and social rights, and respects these rights. In April 2018, the OTE Group specifically adopted the Code of Human Rights and Social Principles, and since then has declared the observance and application of this Code as being binding on all Group companies. Furthermore, a module on Human Rights issues is included in the classroom training sessions relating to OTE Group Compliance and a Greek version of the Human Rights e-learning program is scheduled to be launched at the beginning of 2019. In 2018, a Human Rights Risk Form was also incorporated in the OTE Group Enterprise Risk Management Report and the form was presented and approved by the OTE Audit img Committee. The Human Rights risk and impact analysis incorporates the respective risk areas and risk scenarios. An initial analysis was carried out for OTE Group companies during the course of 2018. The risk and impact analysis will take place with the participation of the management team for OTE Group companies in 2019.
